Returns and Exchanges

• Return for items purchased from www.kdnewyork.com will be accepted for store credit only.
• All returns must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
• All returns must be in perfect condition and include the original packaging with tags attached.
• Please email shop@kdnewyork.com for a return form and return shipping label.
• All items purchased at www.kdnewyork.com must be returned to the KD factory address (see below).
• Any credits are processed back to the original method of payment.
• Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.

Instructions for Returning Packages

1. Request a return form and return label at shop@kdnewyork.com. Fix the label to the package and include the return form with the package.
2. Send the return package to the following address:

• All return shipping labels must be prepaid.
• Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.
• All items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
